Our service
ARaymond, a leading automobile sector supplier, wanted to relocate its production facilities from Grenoble to Saint Egrève within six weeks. The move required significant preparation spanning around three months. Particular attention was paid to moving the three industrial presses weighing around 46 tonnes, which were lifted and transported in convoys on wide load trucks. There were three main disassembly phases: dismantling of the electrics by electricians, dismantling of the booths by the mechanics, and the lifting phase. The re-assembly phase consisted of positioning the machinery to the nearest millimetre according to plans that had been predefined with the customer. Once installed, the equipment was then safely returned to service.
